Consumer Code for Home Builders
The introduction of the Consumer Code for Home Builders, as of the 1st April 2010, has been welcomed and fully supported by Adlington.
The Consumer Code sets out to safeguard new homebuyers and ensure that they know what service levels to expect, are treated fairly and are given accurate and reliable information upon which to make their decisions to purchase. It also guides homebuyers as to how they can access low cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.
