Terms and Conditions
1. This offer only applies in respect of referrals / introductions of individuals who have not previously made any enquiry with Adlington, which result in a completed sale of an Adlington apartment within 12 months of the date of the voucher validation.
For the avoidance of doubt any sale entered into after 12 months after the voucher has been validated will not qualify for the incentive.
2. The voucher is non-transferable.
3. The voucher must be presented at the start of negotiations for the Adlington purchase and may not be introduced retrospectively.
4. A successful referrer must be over 18 years and will be able to choose either:
4.1 A cash payment of £1,000
4.2 A weekend trip to Paris up to a value up to £1,000 (subject to additional conditions).
5. Additional conditions relating to the Paris weekend:
5.1 The bearer becomes eligible for the Paris weekend upon legal completion of the sale of an Adlington apartment at Rhos-on-Sea. The trip is to be taken within 12 months of legal completion.
5.2 The weekend will be subject to availability and no specific dates can be guaranteed.
5.3 Adlington reserves the right to offer an alternative trip to a similar value.
5.4 The trip will be organised by Grosvenor Travel, 8c Penrhyn Avenue, Rhos-on-Sea, LL28 4RD. ABTA no. J6038. Adlington reserves the right to appoint an alternative travel agent should the need arise.
5.5 Once a successful referrer has chosen to take the Paris weekend they cannot subsequently opt for the cash alternative.
5.6 Adlington holds no responsibility for delays, loss, injury or other unexpected eventualities which may arise.
5.7 To opt for the Paris weekend the successful referrer must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid passport.
5.8 Travel insurance is not included in the Paris weekend offer.
6. The consent of the individual/s whose details you are supplying must be obtained before any referral is made.
7. This offer does not apply in respect of an existing purchaser with whom we have already entered negotiations either directly or through an agent.
8. In the event of a purchaser being referred by more than one person then any incentive due will be for the benefit of the person who made the referral first in time. Such decision will be at the absolute discretion of Adlington.
9. Employees of Adlington or any agents/groups employed by Adlington and the families of employees and agents are not eligible for this offer.
10. Adlington will use your personal data for the purposes connected with this offer. We may disclose the information you provide to our service providers for these purposes.
11. We will use potential new purchaser details only to send Adlington literature to them and invite them to enter into discussions with us.
12. Submission of this voucher signifies that the bearer is agreeable to taking part in publicity activity at Adlington’s discretion.
