MHA's on-site specialist team, provide person-centred individually tailored care, developed over many years of working with older people. Assisted living ensures that you are supported when necessary, whilst maintaining your privacy, dignity, independence and a high quality of life.
All tailored care packages are devised in consultation with you, based on a careful assessment of your needs, which are regularly reviewed. Whether you need of a few hours help cleaning, ironing or shopping each week, assistance with meals or bathing, or require more specialist medical care, a personal yet professional service will be provided.

Each apartment is thoughtfully designed and purpose-built to make later life easier, to enable you to remain living independently in your own home thus reducing the need for future nursing home requirements. Special features include wider doorways and sockets within easy reach. Shower rooms all have level access, with slip resistant flooring and reinforced walls to accommodate any grab rails or personal mobility aids which may be required. Pull cords can be fitted but most homeowners opt for a pendant which can be activated in case of any emergency, with a direct line to the dedicated MHA Care Team who are on site 24 hours every day, 365 days a year.
For added peace of mind, each Adlington apartment features heat and smoke alarms, with a 'stay put' fire procedure in place for the whole development. A video entry system allows you to see who's at the main entrance before letting them in, and you even have your own letterbox so personal mail is delivered direct to your front door.

A specialist member of the care team, whom you know and trust, will be on hand to support you and deal with any concern or emergency you may have – 24-hours of every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
They will make daily contact with each homeowner to ensure their well-being and will also assist in arranging a host of activities according to homeowners' suggestions, from afternoon teas to wine tastings or trips to the theatre creating a true sense of community for you to participate in as much or as little as you like.
