A specialist member of the care team, whom you know and trust, will be on hand to support you and deal with any concern or emergency you may have – 24-hours of every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
They will make daily contact with each homeowner to ensure their well-being and will also assist in arranging a host of activities according to homeowner’s suggestions, from afternoon teas to wine tastings or trips to the theatre creating a true sense of community for you to participate in as much or as little as you like.

Registered charity MHA will be on hand to provide additional Care Packages to suit your individual requirements to supplement the Well-being Package.
MHA’s care approach is person-centred, developed over many years of working with older people. They focus on your individual needs and provide care and support which maintains privacy, dignity, independence and choice.
MHA’s specialist care staff will be on hand around the clock to offer personal support and deliver care, as required. They support older people to achieve well-being, have satisfying lives and to enable couples to stay together.
All Care Packages are drawn up in consultation with you, based upon a careful assessment of your needs and regularly reviewed, whether you need a few hours help with cleaning, ironing or shopping each week, assistance with meals or bathing , or require more specialist medical care, a 24-hour service will be provided.
Short term illness and recuperation packages can also be drawn up where required and costs are based on the level of need per person.
